Dr. Nabil Fakih is one of the leading facial surgeons and a recognized global expert in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He serves as the Vice-President of the Spanish Society of Facial Plastic Surgery and Chairman of Oculoplastic Surgery at the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery. Additionally, he is an associate member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, an Honorary Member of the Argentinian Society of Aesthetic & Functional Rhinoplasty, and a member of the International Advisory Board of the American Journal of Cosmetic Surgery. He is part of a select group of surgeons who specialize in Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery and exclusively perform facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Fakih is International Board Certified in Cosmetic Surgery. 

Dr. Nabil Fakih Gomez, born in Spain, spent his childhood between Spain and Lebanon. From a young age, he had a close relationship with art and beauty. Drawing beautiful things has always been a way for him to express himself, with a particular passion for facial portraits. His love for depicting the beauty in human faces began in his school years, during which he was three times finalist in a national drawing competition. When he started his medical studies, he sought to combine his artistic passion with surgery, finding that aesthetic facial surgery fit him perfectly.

After graduating with highest honors from the School of Medicine at the University of Navarra (Spain) with a medical degree, Dr. Nabil Fakih completed a prestigious five-year residency program in Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery, including training in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery. During his residency, he was elected by his specialty colleagues to represent the Andalusian Association of Maxillo-Facial Surgery in Spain for four consecutive years, leading the Facial Plastic Surgery and Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery webinars in Spain. His deep interest in aesthetic facial surgery led him to focus his career on this specialty, sub-specializing in Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Nabil Fakih is licensed to practice in Lebanon (License Number F588) and Spain (License Number 294116381).

Although several surgical specialties can enhance the face aesthetically, Cranio-Maxill-Facial Surgery is targets all layers of the face. This specialty not only addresses the skin, fat, and muscle but also the underlying skeletal structure, which is essential for creating a unique profile, contour, and facial characteristics. Surgery as an art form requires both artistic ability and exceptional surgical skills coupled with extensive scientific knowledge. If a surgeon cannot accurately translate their vision into a drawing, achieving the desired aesthetic result is unlikely. Overly artificial results and faces that look "operated on" indicate a lack of artistic sensitivity.

Dr. Nabil Fakih's many years of experience, artistic skill, and dual certification make him uniquely qualified to operate on your face. His global qualifications have propelled him to the position of Vice-President of the Spanish Society of Facial Plastic Surgery. He continues to share his expertise as an attending surgeon and professor to residents and other specialized surgeons, offering a certified fellowship program by the Spanish Society of Facial Plastic Surgery for doctors to learn from him.

Dr. Fakih is passionate about, and exclusively performs, Facial Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine. He is a proponent of the “Facial Makeover” concept, advocating for surgeons who can enhance the entire facial structure to achieve the best and most natural results. In 2018, he was elected Worldwide President of the Facial Makeover Surgery Meeting held in Beirut, Lebanon.

He has authored or co-authored numerous papers and scientific manuscripts on facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. His studies in fat grafting and nanofat have positioned him as a key opinion leader in fat grafting, lecturing worldwide and sharing his expertise for Tulip Medical®. He has also been selected as an instructor professor for SDARTs Academy (California). Due to his international recognition, he has been elected to the Academic Board Member for Facialis Academy (Education in Facial Plastic Surgery).
